Having run this workshop for multiple cohorts of senior leaders across business and government, we are now bringing it to a wider audience.

In this highly practical, highly interactive session, you’ll gain:

  • A proven model to rethink the future and how to shape change.

  • Simple, practical language to foster collaboration and collective agency.

  • Insights from real-world case studies and engaging breakout conversations with peers.

  • Looking to foster more effective collaboration within and / or beyond their organizations.

Format:

  • Duration: 3 hrs, online + a follow-up one-to-one integration call

  • Structure: A blend of peer discussions, frameworks, interactive exercises and case studies.

Cost:

As part of our commitment to building both geographically and sectorally diverse cohorts, we offer tiered pricing. Pricing (for workshops taking place May - August, including this one) is:

  • Corporate: USD $300

  • NGO / Gov / Individual: USD $200

  • Partial Bursaries: A limited number of partial bursaries are available to support those not in a position to pay the listed costs above.*
