About the workshop: In his recent book, Everyday Habits for Transforming Systems - The Catalytic Power of Radical Engagement, Adam Kahane distilled decades of global, complex, conflictual, multi-stakeholder facilitation experience into a set of simple but profound everyday practices for those seeking to work with others to help shift systems.

We are delighted that Adam has offered to join us for our final community workshop of the year, in which participants will explore their own experience, insights and questions around these habits in the context of trying to lead change.

From facilitating the Mont Fleur scenarios in South Africa, to co-designing the Mexico Education Lab and the global Sustainable Food Labs, as well as authoring books including Transformative Scenario Planning - Working Together To Change The Future, and Collaborating with the Enemy: How To Work With People You Don’t Agree With, Like, Or Trust, Adam’s slate of work over the past 40+ years is quite remarkable.

As having Adam join us is such a gift, we have decided to open this workshop up to leaders everywhere who are working on change.

** In order to ensure access to all, we offer partial bursaries to all our regular leadership development workshops & services for those unable to pay full price. We are grateful to those who feel able to support us in this work.
